You deserve to spend meaningful time with yourself each week. My private zoom sessions are more than just a work out or a stretch because yoga is for your mind and heart as much as it is for your physical body. All from the comfort from your home. Our work together will inspire your practice with yogic philosophy and meditation for a deeper, more layered experience. Every session is offered through the tone of self connection and gratitude. Before your first class we will have an intro meeting where we will discuss what you are focused on in your health and anything you would like me to know about your body and its history. We will also talk about music and class preferences and what props I can bring to support you. Class options include: Vinyasa (active, warming, sweaty) Yin (slow, meditative, deep stretch - you won't break a sweat) Restorative (resting with the support of props; calming the nervous system) Adaptive/Chair (adapted for injuries, disabilities, beginners) Thai Yoga (hands on bodywork technique) Class length is generally 1 hour long, I will provide a zoom link and download instructions before our class and am available to help troubleshoot before beginning. A private lesson allows you to set specific goals and plans. Whether your personal goals are increased flexibility, injury recovery, weight loss, or simply doing something for yourself, we can tailor a class to best suit your needs. First time clients: please be prepared for an intake session before your first class so I can tailor our first session to your specific needs.
